Approx 10–12 baby items are needed per bear (a little more, or a larger piece/blanket, for a bunny as the ears are large). Approx 1–2 adult items are needed per bear/bunny, or more if you'd like a mixture.

If we are nearby and can organise it, I'm happy to meet to collect clothing — otherwise you'll need to post it to me.

Once I've received the clothing, I'll require a 50% deposit, then the balance when it's completed, plus P&P.

If you have handwriting you'd like embroidered on the foot, you can send me a clear photo — I don't need the original piece.

Memory bears are handmade keepsakes created for decorative and sentimental purposes only.

These bears are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of 14. Due to the nature of their construction and the materials used, they cannot be CE tested and therefore do not meet toy safety regulations.

Each bear is sewn with care and reinforced with 100% cotton interfacing for added structure and durability. However, many of the garments and fabrics used to create your bears were originally intended for clothing, not for toy manufacture. As such, they are not designed to withstand daily wear and tear, rough handling, or prolonged play.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this item is intended as a decorative keepsake.

For care, we recommend spot clean only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
